2.If you want to make a claim about quality, you must provide detailed photos of your issue in order for it to be placed under review. The claim will be reviewed by us and we will determine if the quality issue exchange is accepted or denied.
3. In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion on the rejected-return item.
